For well over a century, the Woman's Club of Pewaukee has brought together passionate, community-minded women to enrich our local area through dedicated volunteerism, civic leadership, and charitable support. As a proud member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), our organization turns collective energy into meaningful action by supporting local schools, protecting our beautiful natural landmarks, and lending a helping hand to neighbors in need.
Whether we are fostering local artistic talent, raising critical funds for scholarships, or partnering with local law enforcement for community safety, we are united by a simple, powerful mission: to enhance the quality of life in Pewaukee and cultivate lasting friendships along the way.

Arts and Culture
We celebrate and uplift the creative spirit of our community by hosting prestigious youth art competitions, highlighting senior talent, and offering internal member contests to keep our own creative juices flowing. Our community grants ensure local art initiatives continue to thrive.
Civic Engagement and Outreach
Our members are deeply invested in making Pewaukee a safe, supportive, and vibrant place to live. From volunteering for local blood drives and ringing bells for holiday charity to partnering with law enforcement for Shop with a Cop and National Night Out, we show up for our neighbors. We are especially dedicated to supporting elderly and vulnerable residents through Dementia Friendly Pewaukee (DFP) workshops, Caregivers Coffees, and ERAS reassurance calls.

Education and Libraries
Education is the cornerstone of a strong community. We champion lifelong learning by managing an active Book Club, serving on the local Library Board, fostering creative writing among students and members, and participating in the GFWC Epsilon Sigma Omicron (ESO) honorary reading society. We also fund substantial scholarships for local students and provide structural grants to area schools.
Environment
We are proud stewards of Pewaukee's incredible natural landscapes, particularly our treasured water resources. Through hands-on lake monitoring programs, free public educational lectures on local conservation, and targeted environmental grants, we work to protect our local ecosystems for generations to come.

Health and Wellness
A healthy community is a thriving community. We take a holistic approach to wellness by leading Dementia Friendly Pewaukee (DFP) public workshops, coordinating food drives, organizing food pantry volunteers to fight local hunger, and staying active together through our community walking group.
Domestic and Sexual Violence Awareness and Prevention
The goal of the GFWC Signature Program is to increase awareness of and help prevent the widespread occurrence of domestic and sexual violence abuse in communities across the nation. As a club, we have invited speakers to raise our awareness on these topics and have given grant funding to local nonprofits such as Redeem and Restore Center and The Women’s Center.
